The hot new exciting trend in education is to use comic books and graphic novels to motivate reluctant or bored readers.

This book contains references, illustrations, and the ever-cute Button-Heads leading the way.  Showing us how to Recycle, Reuse, Rethink, and Reward in so many clever ways. You will find this book a cool stimulating reference as well as being an adaptable conscious raising form of recreational reading material.

Created by Prof. Turtel Onli who has a Master's in Art Therapy and has been a classroom teacher in the Chicago Public School system for over twenty years.

Onli participated in the Massive Change sustainable design studies at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and sponsored one of the first Conservation Clubs of Chicago along with creating a Cool Globe in the traveling installation art show of the same name.

In each case Onli learned and expressed creative approaches that were shared with students of all ages about practical and often fun ways to go Green in the city.

This activity book is in the spirit of those very successful projects and programs.
